Initial contact can be either via email, telephone or Zoom call.

During our phone or Zoom call, we will have a 15 minute discussion to find out your specific requirements and scope of works.

After our discussion, I will send you a proposal outlining our chat and my recommendation for services. I will also provide you with a recommendation for either an ongoing support package or a quote for works to be completed.

Upon confirmation of engagement, I will request information to set up and then send you a Client Agreement to sign (digitally) and return.

Depending on what is recommended, either full month in advance payment will be required (this is mainly for those who select ongoing support package); full payment (project work) or 50% deposit invoice will be sent via email for payment.

Before final release of any work, balance of any outstanding payments will be required.

Once the signed agreement and payment has been received, I may send you an invite to my project management tool and request anything to get started (eg: social media pages / website access / branding guide).

Communication will be through the project management tool and/or email. Telephone calls will be at a mutually agreed time.

Completion of work will include an email outlining anything that you may need and/or procedures.

Final payment invoice will be sent (if required) for payment and is required before release of final work.

I would love to receive a testimonial from you related to the work provided which can be provided via email; Google or Facebook. Testimonials will feature on Google Reviews, Social Media Platforms and on my website.

Any testimonials used on Call on Jo website will be back linked to your site.
