That’s why Call on Jo offers a range of packages dependant on your specific needs/requirements including:

Custom Support

Creating a range of packages for specific common projects means you know what you are paying upfront. Of course, working with me also means you can get customised support for your specific project. I recommend booking a free 15 minute consultation with me to discuss your overall needs of which I can then provide you with a project cost.

How it works

Onboarding with Call on Jo

Initial contact can be either via email, telephone or Zoom call.

We will have a 15 minute discussion to find out your specific requirements.

After our discussion, I will send you a proposal outlining our chat and my recommendation for services including rate and/or package.

Upon confirmation of engagement, I will request information to set up and then send you a Client Agreement to sign (digitally) and return.

Depending on what is recommended, either full payment will be required or 50% deposit will be sent via email for payment.

Once the signed agreement and payment has been received, I may send you an invite to my project management tool and request anything to get started (eg: social media pages / website access / branding guide).

Communication will be through the project management tool and/or email. Telephone calls will be at a mutually agreed time.

Completion of work will include an email outlining anything that you may need and/or procedures.

Final payment invoice will be sent (if required) for payment and is required before release of final work.

I would love to receive a testimonial from you related to the work provided which can be provided via email; Google or Facebook. Testimonials will feature on Google Reviews, Social Media Platforms and on my website.

Any testimonials used on Call on Jo will be back linked to your site.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Prior to the commencement of work, Call on Jo will provide you with a Service Agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, payment terms & conditions, confidentiality agreement and more. Once signed, returned and deposit (if required) is received, work on your particular task/project shall be scheduled to be commenced.

T&C's

All invoices (including deposits) are due within the timeframe listed on the invoice. If purchasing direct from the website, it will take you to Stripe to pre-pay for the service/s. All rates are quoted in AUD. GST is not included.
